Development.

Edward B. DeSeta has worked in commercial real estate in the greater Wilmington, Delaware area since the early 1970's. Some of his former projects, developed, built, managed and sold include:

  • Several industrial warehouse buildings from 5,000 to 65,000 square feet. 
  • Powder Mill Square, a 50,000 plus square foot specialty shopping center in Greenville, Delaware;​
  • E I DuPont ACA Division, a 65,000 square foot office and warehouse at 187 Old Churchmans Rd. in New Castle, Delaware;
  • 1001 Jefferson Plaza, a 195,000 square foot building (1981), and Bellevue Park Corporate Center, a 844,000 square foot seven building center ( 1986-1988 joint venture with Trammell  Crow Company), both first class office buildings in Wilmington Delaware;
  • Park Plaza (1985-1986), a 21 story high-rise condominium in downtown Wilmington, Delaware; ​​
