Incorporated in 1971, by Founder and CEO Edward B. DeSeta as EBD Management, in Wilmington, Delaware. DeSeta developed, managed and sold various commercial properties consisting of mixed use retails centers, office complexes, industrial, and multi-story residential buildings. 

Presently, DESETA Group owns and manages over 1,300,000 square feet in the rapidly growing Charleston and Greenville, South Carolina markets.
