Marty Lowe
A former Charleston resident, Marty returned to the low country in 2019 after living in Colorado where she started a family and began an extensive career in commercial construction. With more than 15 years’ experience working in the A/E/C industry in commercial construction, Marty’s residential history is also impressive. She first started her career with Koenig Construction, a highly awarded custom home builder dedicated to luxury estates on Kiawah and Seabrook Islands, where she developed an eye for quality on the home front as well.

First moving to Charleston in 2004, she has seen the changes of the area firsthand. For better or worse that growth has provided an abundance of opportunity for area residents that Marty has taken advantage of as well with vacation and investment properties. Her opinion is the only thing better than owning a beautiful low country property is owning one that makes money. Her natural affinity for developing relationships and connecting people paired with her work ethic, makes her a welcome addition to the DeSeta team.

Marty attended Brevard College in North Carolina before graduating from Radford University magna cum laude with a degree in Media Studies and a concentration in Advertising. In her spare time, she enjoys working out, venturing out on the boat, eating delicious food and everything else the low country has to offer but most of all spending time with her family enjoying their views of the marsh. Marty lives on James Island with her husband, two daughters (Cora & Tinley) and French Bulldog, Moose.
