Eric Schoenbaechler is a native of Greenville, SC and has lived in Charleston for over 12 years. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Erskine College in 2007, and went on to obtain his Masters of Accountancy the following year from the College of Charleston. He possesses over 11 years of experience working in both public and private accounting. For the past 7 years, he has served as the CFO for numerous custom homebuilders, real estate developers and contractors from historical Charleston to Kiawah, Sullivan’s Island, and Isle of Palms. He has worked closely with colleagues and clients to provide financial oversight and consulting services for historical renovations, new construction and commercial uplifts. Eric obtained his real estate license in the summer of 2017 as a means to help his friends, family and colleagues buy and sell commercial and residential properties in the Lowcountry. Over the past two years, Eric has developed a great passion for real estate and prides himself on his ability to provide the utmost customer service to his clients while helping them find their dream home. Eric currently resides in Mount Pleasant with his wife, Deanna and their dogs Kobe and Hank. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, exercising and going to the beach.
